I've already added Mike's fix, as
mm-cma-rename-pf_memalloc_nocma-to-pf_memalloc_pin-fix.patch.  It shall
fold it into mm-cma-rename-pf_memalloc_nocma-to-pf_memalloc_pin.patch
prior to upstreaming, so no bisection issue.
