Subject: [PATCH v2] gpio: gpio-104-dio-48e: Fixed coding style issues (revised)

Fixed multiple bare uses of 'unsigned' without 'int'.
Fixed space around "*" operator.
Fixed function parameter alignment to opening parenthesis.
Reported by checkpatch.
