Subject: [PATCH 5/9] mm: memcontrol: move memcg_online_kmem() to mem_cgroup_css_online()

Move memcg_online_kmem() to mem_cgroup_css_online() to simplify the
code. In this case, we can remove memcg_free_kmem().
