Subject: [PATCH 07/29] x86/mm: define ARCH_SUPPORTS_SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULT
Set ARCH_SUPPORTS_SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULT so that the speculative fault
handling code can be compiled on this architecture.
