Subject: [PATCH 5.10 094/299] spi: qup: fix PM reference leak in spi_qup_remove()

From: Wang Li <wangli74@...wei.com>

[ Upstream commit cec77e0a249892ceb10061bf17b63f9fb111d870 ]

pm_runtime_get_sync will increment pm usage counter even it failed.
Forgetting to putting operation will result in reference leak here.
Fix it by replacing it with pm_runtime_resume_and_get to keep usage
counter balanced.
