Subject: [PATCH -next] hwrng: core - Use DEVICE_ATTR_<RW|RO> macro

Use DEVICE_ATTR_RW()/DEVICE_ATTR_RO() helper instead of
plain DEVICE_ATTR, which makes the code a bit shorter and
easier to read.
