Subject: [PATCH 3/3] hexagon: Select ARCH_WANT_LD_ORPHAN_WARN

Now that we handle all of the sections in a Hexagon defconfig, select
ARCH_WANT_LD_ORPHAN_WARN so that unhandled sections are warned about by
default.
