Subject: [PATCH 1/3] scsi: fcoe: Statically initialize flogi_maddr

In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing compile-time and run-time
field bounds checking for memcpy() using memcpy() with an inline const
buffer and instead just statically initialize the destination array
directly.
