Subject: [PATCH AUTOSEL 5.4 04/31] usb: cdns3: Fix runtime PM imbalance on error

From: Dinghao Liu <dinghao.liu@....edu.cn>

[ Upstream commit e5b913496099527abe46e175e5e2c844367bded0 ]

pm_runtime_get_sync() increments the runtime PM usage counter even
when it returns an error code. Thus a pairing decrement is needed on
the error handling path to keep the counter balanced.
