Subject: [PATCH 2/2] mtd: core: use MTD_DEVICE_ATTR_RO/RW() helper macros

Use MTD_DEVICE_ATTR_RO/RW() helper macros instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR(),
which makes the code a bit shorter and easier to read.
