Subject: [PATCHv3 2/2] kvm: x86: implement KVM PM-notifier

Implement PM hibernation/suspend prepare notifiers so that KVM
can reliably set PVCLOCK_GUEST_STOPPED on VCPUs and properly
suspend VMs.
