Many thanks to both of you for fixing this! I just tested this on a
Pine64-LTS (A64), Pine-H64 (H6) and OrangePi PC2 (H5). On all boards
this patch brings back HDMI video output for me.

Since this is a regression introduced with 5.13-rc1, we should merge
this ASAP.
