I can't shake the feeling that you are doing way too many things in one 
single commit.

 From what I can see, this commit can be split in 4 patches:

- Fix the "%x" in pr_crit(),
- Add the global timer support to the X1000,
- Add "ingenic_ost_timer" and update the code to use it,
- Finally add X2000 support.
