Subject: [PATCH v2 04/29] docs: admin-guide: hw-vuln: avoid using ReST :doc:`foo` markup
The :doc:`foo` tag is auto-generated via automarkup.py.
So, use the filename at the sources, instead of :doc:`foo`.
