Subject: [PATCH v1 6/7] irqchip/mvebu-gicp: Switch to devm_bitmap_zalloc()

Switch to devm_bitmap_zalloc() to show clearly what we are allocating.
Besides that it returns pointer of bitmap type instead of opaque void *.
