The function name is used for each pin to figure out which function
index to mux in, so the only requirement is that they are unique per
pin.

So I would prefer if you lump together all phase_flagN into one function
"phase_flag" and all qdss_gpioN into "qdss_gpio".

Move UFS_RESET up to 113, that way you can use it as a "general purpose
