Hi,

This looks the same reason as Floarian fixed,
missing CONFIG_SKB_EXTENSIONS and CONFIG_NET_TC_SKB_EXT.
Fix was sent by Floarian titled "[PATCH net] skbuff: Fix build with SKB 
extensions disabled".
