Subject: [PATCH] Bluetooth: btusb: Enable MSFT extension for TyphoonPeak,
 GarfieldPeak, and WCN6855 controllers

The Intel TyphoonPeak, GarfieldPeak and Qualcomm WCN6855 Bluetooth
controllers support the Microsoft vendor extension, enable them by
setting VsMsftOpCode accordingly.
