Subject: [PATCH 08/12] MAINTAINERS: Cover Samsung clock YAML bindings
New device tree bindings are usually added in YAML format. Fix "SAMSUNG
SOC CLOCK DRIVERS" entry to cover both txt and yaml docs for Exynos
clock drivers.
