Subject: [PATCH 02/15] staging: r8188eu: remove RT_TRACE calls from core/rtw_pwrctrl.c

Remove RT_TRACE macro calls from core/rtw_pwrctrl.c, so that ultimately the
macro definition itself can eventually be removed.
