Subject: [PATCH 3/8] staging: r8188eu: remove RT_TRACE calls from hal/HalPwrSeqCmd.c

Remove RT_TRACE macro calls from hal/HalPwrSeqCmd.c, so that ultimately the
macro definition itself can eventually be removed.
