3wire mode is useful for boards that want to reduce wiring.
I'd leave support for 3wire in this driver.
Another way to do it would be to check `spi->mode & SPI_3WIRE`.
In this case, the SPI framework has parsed the "spi-3wire" DT option
and has done the validation that the SPI controller can do 3wire.

Not sure what Jonathan would prefer.
