Ugh, right.  filemap.c.  pagemap.h.  obviously.

We don't have any ;-)  I'll change that.  Some places we use <<
PAGE_SHIFT, some places we use * PAGE_SIZE ... either are better than
calling folio_size() unnecessarily.
