Thanks Thinh.

I can try.  Currently, the Android USB framework will immediately rebind
to the UDC if I run the below command from the console:
echo "" > /config/usb_gadget/g1/UDC

So that will be a quick pullup disable (due to the command) and then a
subsequent pullup enable from the Android USB framework.  I'll run a
script overnight to keep doing the echo command above.
