Subject: [PATCH 33/40] staging: r8188eu: remove AntDivCompareHandler from hal_ops

Remove AntDivCompareHandler hal_ops and remove its wrapper
rtw_hal_antdiv_rssi_compared(). Call AntDivCompare8188E() directly
instead.
