Subject: [PATCH v3 09/40] staging: r8188eu: remove hal_dm_watchdog from hal_ops

Remove hal_dm_watchdog from hal_ops and remove its wrapper
rtw_hal_dm_watchdog(). Call rtl8188e_HalDmWatchDog directly instead.
