memory node like other node should be node@reg, which is missing in this
case, so fix it up

arch/arm64/boot/dts/qcom/ipq8074-hk01.dt.yaml: /: memory: False schema does not allow {'device_type': ['memory'], 'reg': [[0, 1073741824, 0, 536870912]]}
