ping Peter, would you continue your generic ticket-lock work? Then
riscv could directly use it.
ping Palmer, would you mind take the patch in riscv before the generic
ticket-lock [1] merged in?
ping Anup, let's use ticket-lock first. When future ISA improved,
change to qspinlock. The current riscv progress axiom seems not ready
for a large system.
I've tested the patch on the qemu and 4*SMP hw platform.
