thanks a lot for your comments and suggestions!
Unfortunately current patch version does not work properly.
We cannot charge each page in this cycle, with taken pagesets spinlock,
lockdep reports about possible deadlock.
Trying to use pre-charge, as suggested by Mel Gorman.
