Really what's missing is adding 'ports'.

I'm fine with just a note below '---' on the intent WRT dtbs_check. I 
assume the intent is to fix the one case which is fine given there is 
only 1. The graph parsing code doesn't care which way is done and we 
prefer having 'ports'.
