Subject: [PATCH v10 2/2] tty: add rpmsg driver

This driver exposes a standard TTY interface on top of the rpmsg
framework through a rpmsg service.

This driver supports multi-instances, offering a /dev/ttyRPMSGx entry
per rpmsg endpoint.
