Subject: [PATCH 26/67] cachefiles: Change to storing file* rather than dentry*
Attempting to open an ext4 file while files are being closed by do_exit()
results in an oops in ext4 because it uses d_path() which expects
current->fs to point somewhere.
This is a problem if I want to open a cache file in order to write out data
to it from the writeback code.
Mitigate this by opening a file right at the beginning and keeping it open,
replacing it with a new file when invalidation occurs.
This has the downside of keeping a bunch of file resources open.
