Subject: [PATCH v3 22/22] powerpc: Remove CONFIG_PPC_HAVE_KUAP and CONFIG_PPC_HAVE_KUEP

All platforms now have KUAP and KUEP so remove CONFIG_PPC_HAVE_KUAP
and CONFIG_PPC_HAVE_KUEP.
