Subject: [PATCH v4 02/10] fscache: Fix fscache_cookie_enabled() to handle NULL
 cookie

Fix fscache_cookie_enabled() to handle being given a NULL cookie pointer
(ie. a cookie was not allocated and caching should be ignored).
