Subject: [PATCH 1/2] MIPS: BMIPS: Enable PCI Kconfig

Enable HAVE_PCI and PCI_DRIVERS_GENERIC so we can build PCIE_BRCMSTB
which is the PCIe host bridge driver for this platform.
