Subject: [PATCH] PCI: brcmstb: Do not use __GENMASK

Define the legacy MSI intterupt bitmask as well as the non-legacy
interrupt bitmask using GENMASK and then use them in brcm_msi_set_regs()
in place of __GENMASK().
