Subject: [PATCH] RDMA/mlx4: Use bitmap_alloc() when applicable
Use 'bitmap_alloc()' to simplify code, improve the semantic and avoid some
open-coded arithmetic in allocator arguments.
Also change the corresponding 'kfree()' into 'bitmap_free()' to keep
consistency.
