Subject: [PATCH v2 03/10] staging: r8188eu: remove macro PHY_SetRFReg

The macro PHY_SetRFReg just re-defines rtl8188e_PHY_SetRFReg().
Call rtl8188e_PHY_SetRFReg() directly and remove the macro.
