Subject: [PATCH 3/6] mm/damon/reclaim: Provide reclamation statistics

This commit implements new DAMON_RECLAIM parameters for statistics
reporting.  Those can be used for understanding how DAMON_RECLAIM is
working, and for tuning the other parameters.
