Subject: [PATCH 3/4] x86/nmi: Use DEFINE_IDTENTRY_NMI for NMI handler
From: Lai Jiangshan <laijs@...ux.alibaba.com>
DEFINE_IDTENTRY_NMI is introduced for nmi handler. It is better to use it
which makes it clear that NMI is special handled.
