Subject: [PATCH] arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996: qcom,controlled-remotely is boolean

QCOM BAM parses property `qcom,controlled-remotely` as a boolean,
adjust dts to reflect that.

Discovered while converting text documentation into yaml format.
