Subject: [PATCH] soc: ti: k3-ringacc: Use devm_bitmap_zalloc() when applicable

'rings_inuse' and 'proxy_inuse' are bitmaps. So use 'devm_bitmap_zalloc()'
to simplify code and improve the semantic.
