I presume you have this here to signal that EUD_INT_VBUS was set in
EUD_REG_INT_STATUS_1 in handle_eud_irq().
But 1) unless this was true you wouldn't have woken up the threaded
handler and 2) you never clear int_status, so once you've received the
EUD_INT_VBUS it seems to forever be true.
