Subject: [PATCH v2 32/35] arm64/mm: define ARCH_SUPPORTS_SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULT

Set ARCH_SUPPORTS_SPECULATIVE_PAGE_FAULT so that the speculative fault
handling code can be compiled on this architecture.
