Subject: [PATCH] gpio/consumer.h: don't use "/**" for non-kernel-doc comments

Use "/*" to begin non-kernel-doc comments instead of "/**",
which indicates the beginning of kernel-doc notation.

Quietens these kernel-doc warnings:
