Subject: [PATCH -next] fs: Remove two excess function parameters in kernel-doc comment

Remove the excess @opened in finish_open() and @cred in vfs_open()
kernel-doc comment to remove warnings found by running scripts/kernel-doc,
which is caused by using 'make W=1'.
