Subject: [PATCH] [speakup-dectlk] Restore pitch setting

d97a9d7aea04 ("staging/speakup: Add inflection synth parameter")
introduced the inflection parameter, but happened to drop the pitch
parameter from the dectlk driver. This restores it.
