Subject: [PATCH 09/12] locking: Add more static lockdep init macros

Add STATIC_LOCKDEP_MAP_INIT_{WAIT,TYPE} macros and use it for various
lock init codes. This helps having different implementations of
CONFIG_LOCK_INFO like lockdep and tracepoints.
