Subject: [PATCH] kernel/debug: remove unnecessary CONFIG options

In kernel/Makefile has:
obj-$(CONFIG_KGDB) += debug/

so kernel/debug/Makefile don't need this 'obj-$(CONFIG_KGDB) +=',
delete it from kernel/debug/Makefile.
