Subject: [PATCH] nvme-pci: trigger disk activity LED

Users can enable an LED to indicate I/O activity on NVMe PCIe devices:

  # echo "disk-activity" > /sys/class/leds/<led>/trigger

for the composite activity, or disk-{read,write} for individual
activities/LEDs.
